A St Lucian World Cup cricket organising committee delegation left on Tuesday for the United States to attract West Indians to the island for next year’s tournament. St Lucia will host six first-round matches — involving Canada, England, Kenya and New Zealand in Group C — and a semi-final at the World Cup, which runs from March 13-April 28. World Cup St Lucia chief executive officer Ernest Hilaire heads a delegation to persuade Caribbean expatriates to return for the event.
