KATHMANDU: Radio Nepal advanced to the semi-finals of the eighth Media Cup Football Tournament here at the Dasharath Stadium on Thursday.

Radio Nepal played a goalless draw with Annapurna Post and made it to the last four as Group B runners up on superior goal difference. Image Channel had already secured the semis berth as group winners. Saroj Baiju of  Annapurna was named the man-of-the-match.

On Friday, AP1 Television will face Nepal Television, while defending champions Kantipur Media Group will play against Avenues TV in Group A matches.
