Kathmandu, June 28:

President of de-registered Nepal Olympic Committee and media committee president of Olympic Council of Asia Rukma Shumsher Rana and president of ad hoc NOC and member secretary of NSC Kishor Bahadur Singh, who is also the executive committee member of Culture and Sports Education Committee (CSEC), separately left for Doha to take part in the OCA Congress and CSEC mee-ting to be held on June 29 and 30. According to Rana faction, Singh has gone to Doha as a NOC vice president of the faction of which Rana is the president. NOC members Anil Prasad Sharma and Ravi Rajkarnikar will also attend the OCA congress. The meeting will also select the city to host 2010 Asian Games.
