KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan Army Club’s Ratnajit Tamang and Dipesh Dhami sailed into the men’s singles semi-finals of the Zest Open Badminton Tournament here on Monday.

In the quarter-finals, Tamang beat Gautam Kathayat of Zest 21-13, 21-12, while Dhami outplayed Bijit Thapa Magar of Nepal APF Club 21-8, 21-14. Nepal Police Club’s Bishnu Katuwal saw off Sanjib Khadka of Kailali 23-21, 21-16 and Bikash Shrestha of Bhojpur produced a 21-14, 21-8 victory over Nabin Shrestha of TAC.
