Kathmandu, May 26:

Rupak Memorial Secondary School hammered Sunshine Boarding English School 5-0 to enter the Group D semi Ratna in the selection tournament for the Coca-Coal Cup National Football Tournament here today.

Rajesh Khadgi and Dikesh Khadgi scored a brace each while Santosh Tamang scored another for Rupak Memorial. Joining them in the semi-finals in the same group were Jalpa Secondary School, a 1-0 winner over Kathmandu Little Bluesom School. Kabi Raj Mali scored the winner for Jalpa in the 38th minute.

Also making it to the semi-finals in the Group C were Rajya Secondary School and Gandhi Adarsha Secondary School. Ratna Rajya blanked Sarada Secondary School 4-0 on two goals from Raju Shahi and one apiece from Subhash Rai and Saroj Karki while Gandhi Adrasha sneaked past Bal Bikash Secondary School 3-2 in tiebreaker after a 0-0 draw in normal time.
