BHAIRAHAWA: Sai Global Cricket Club defeated Butwal Youth Club in Division B match of the Nepal Telecom Rupandehi Super League Cricket Tournament at the Siddhartha Stadium on Friday.

In the 40-over-a-side-match, Sai Global were bowled out for 174 runs in 37.1 overs before restricting Butwal to 153 runs in 39.4 overs.

Sai Global’s Basir Ahmed, who was named the man-of-the-match, scored 47 runs. In reply, Kamal Jaisi and Sailesh Shrestha scored 44 runs each Butwal. — HNS
