JHAPA: Saraswoti Football Club came from a goal down to register a shock 2-1 victory over Nepal APF Club and entered the semi-finals of the third Surunga Gold Cup here on Sunday. Shyam Nepali provided the lead to the departmental team in the 33rd minute before Saraswoti’s foreign recruit Elvis Piyers levelled the scores seven minutes later. Dipesh Shrestha then scored the winning goal for Saraswoti in the 77th minute. Piyers was named the man-of-the-match. On Monday, Church Boys United of Kathmandu will take on Bhutan Clearing Football Club.
