LALITPUR: Hosts St Xavier’s Godavari and Crescent Academy entered the semi-finals of the 21st Fr Moran Memorial Invitational Football Tournament on Friday.

The hosts’ Red team defeated Nepal APF School 3-2 in penalty shootout.

Crescent recorded a 3-2 win over NK Singh Memorial School, also on penalties, after the regulation period ended in a goalless draw.

In Sunday’s semi-finals, St Xavier’s Godavari will play against St Xavier’s Jawalakhel, while Nepal Don Bosco School will meet Crescent.
