KATHMANDU: The elective general assembly of Nepal Fencing Association on Friday unanimously re-elected Sunil Kumar Shrestha as the president. Nirakar Man Singh, Helga Rana Rayamajhi, Devendra Prasad Shrestha and Narayan Prasad Paudel were elected as vice-presidents, while Sujan Lal Shrestha retained the post of General Secretary along with Abhishek Karki (Secretary) and Anup Kapali (Treasurer).

Satish Vaidhya, Rajendra Kumar Shrestha, Rekh Maya Gurung, Pravin Lal Napit, Sabin Manandhar, Rubin Manandhar, Gyan Bahadur Tamang and Harish Panta were elected as members.

The first meeting of the newly-elected executive committee also nominated Kaski District Fencing Association President Bijay Shahi — as the vice-president.

Earlier, Nepal Olympic Committee Vice-president Jyoti Rana inaugurated the assembly.
