KATHMANDU: Team Red registered a 34-run victory over Team Green in the Under-19 Super League match here at the Tribhuvan University Stadium on Wednesday.

Team Red, who elected to bat first, were bowled out for 142 runs in 30 overs. Avinas Karn was the top scorer for the team with 43 off 63 balls that included five fours and a six, while Suman Ghimire struck five fours in his 34-ball 26.

For Team Green, Aakash Bista claimed five wickets, while Nandan Yadav took two wickets. In reply, Team Green were packed for 108 runs in 26 overs. Shankar Rana topscored for the team with 31 off 38 balls, while Rajbir Singh scored 22.

For Team Red, Sandeep Lamichhane claimed six wickets, while Sagar Bhandari took two wickets.
