Three Star Academy, Glacier College, Bungtang Volleyball Team and Sacred Heart advanced to the boys’ quarter-finals of the first PABSON U-18 National Volleyball Tournament today.

In the pre-quarters, Three Star of Kathmandu beat Jhapa School Volleyball Commission 25-21, 25-14, while Glacier of Kathmandu saw off Advance Academy of Dhading 25-10, 31-29. Similarly, Bungtang of Nuwakot beat Binayak School of Dhanusha 25-9, 25-15 and Sacred Heart defeated Morang School Volleyball Commission 25-15, 25-16.

In girls’ round of 16 matches, Shivam New Diamond Academy saw off Three Star 25-4, 25-8, while Paramount defeated Paropakar Adarsha School 17-25, 25-17, 26-24. Meghauli Sports and Education Club of Chitwan earned walkover wins.
