Indian fans can buy tickets for the upcoming Tests and one-day Internationals in Pakistan on the Internet from Wednesday, a Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official has said.
PCB chief executive Rameez Raja said about 30 to 40 percent of the total tickets would be sold on the Internet and the remaining through booths and outlets, The News reported on Tuesday.
Although the paper did not mention the Internet site where the tickets can be purchased, it is likely that the link would be available on the PCB site.
India is to play three Tests and five ODI from March 11 to April 17. "We have also ensured that there is no bulk buying of tickets on the Internet or in booths by allowing a maximum of 10 tickets per person or credit card," the paper quoted Raja as saying. Raja said Indians would be sold a certain percentage of the tickets on the Internet, and tour operators would have to approach the PCB directly for bulk sales.
