Taekwondo tourney
KATHMANDU: Nepal International Taekwondo Federation (NITF) is organising the first Manmohan Memorial National Taekwondo Tournament here on December 21-22. About 110 players will vie for 30 gold medals, said the organisers on Monday. Best male and female players will be awarded with $150 each. The NITF will also organise a seminar from December 18-20. — HNS

KATHMANDU: Chief coach of the Nepal Shotokan Karate Association (SKIF) Niwas Gopal Baidhya will leave for Malaysia on Tuesday to attend a technical and kata seminar. Vaidhya was invited by the Malaysian Shotokan Karate Association for the December 5-6 seminar. — HNS
