KATHMANDU: Times College advanced to the boys’ section quarter-finals of the second Rosebud Valleywide Inter-college Basketball Tournament here on Tuesday.

Times defeated Nepal Mega 39-16 riding on Sujan Limbu’s 14 points.

In other matches, CCRC beat Xavier International 61-50 with Ashish Basnet contributing 17 points for the winners, while Nama Sunuwar netted 16 points in Morgan’s 56-55 win against Golden Gate.

In girls’ section, Xavier International thrashed Ace 48-15. Laxmi Chaudhary netted 11 points for Xavier International.
