Trinity International College, Rose Bud, CCRC and Xavier International entered the quarter-finals of the second Rosebud Valleywide Inter-college Basketball Tournament here on Thursday.

In the boys’ section match, Trinity defeated hosts Rose Bud 56-30 riding on 17 points from Sahil Bikram Rana and topped the Group C. Rosebud made it to the last eight as runners-up.

Likewise, CCRC hammered Gyan Niketan 65-21 in which Rojesh Khanal contributed 13 points for the winning team. Also, Bishwa Gurung netted 14 points as Xavier International outplayed Ace 48-23. The four teams joined New Summit, Morgan, Times and Golden Gate in the last eight.
