KATHMANDU: Nepali taekwondo players won two gold medals in the third Students Olympic International Games in Malaysia.

Tapan Kumar Kewat (53kg) and Kshitiz Pandey (46kg) won golds in the kyorugi section.

Similarly, Shukra Bahadur BK (62kg) and Sanjay Kunwar (58kg) got silver medals, while Rabi Adhikari (48kg) and Bimala Tamang (45kg) won bronze medals.

Players from 13 countries took part in the championship organised by Students Olympic Council of Asia and Malaysian Students Olympic Association from June 29 to July 1.
