Rangaswamy -- whose first two names Hotte Paksha translate as "Belly Party" — sits in a small campaign truck with posters slamming the Congress party. He has run since 1967 in every local, state and federal election — and has not won once. "The elections are all bogus. India is not fit for democracy. The politicians are making voters beggars and swallowing millions," he said. "I am protesting the elections this way," he said.
