Legendary American TV host Larry King no more
KATHMANDU: Larry King, the legendary American TV host who was popular worldwide due to his distinct interviewing style, has passed away.
King, who was especially popular for Larry King Live - a show that ran on CNN for more than 25 years - died on Saturday. He was 87.
King had suffered from multiple health issues in the past including lung cancer and angina.
According to CNN, he had been diagnosed with Covid-19 in January and was hospitalised for the same.
A statement verifying the news of his passing was posted on King's official Facebook page.
