US charges two at Cuban base

The Bush administration laid the first charges against two of the 650 people it is holding at Guantanamo Bay.

The two men, a Yemeni and a Sudanese, who are alleged to have served as bodyguards to the Al Qaeda leader, Osama, were charged, but they are not alleged to have been involved direclty in violence. The Sudanese man is alleged to have run guns for the terror group and served as an accountant laundering funds. The Yemeni is alleged to have made Al Qaeda videos.
