KATHMANDU: A photo exhibition highlighting the progress of post-earthquake reconstruction has kicked off in the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) office premises from Monday to mark the three years since the devastating earthquake of April 25, 2015.

According to NRA, there has been substantial progress in this year in reconstruction in each area and it is planning to complete the reconstruction works within five years since the NRA was formed in December 2015.

NRA has planned to complete the individual housing reconstruction by mid-January of 2019 and majority of the heritage sites, government buildings, schools, hospitals, among other public facilities, within two years.
