KATHMANDU: Police on Sunday said that property worth Rs 1,80,000 has been swept away by flood in Budanilakantha Municipality-7, on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu.

According to police, around 2,100 newly hatched chicks and two sets of hilltake water tank were also swept away by Ludekhola flood in Okhalgaun in the area.

Meanwhile, police said they are looking into the case.
