KATHMANDU: Two persons were found dead in assorted locations of Kathmandu Valley on Friday and Saturday.

A 54-year-old man was found dead in his rented room in Thankot of Kathmandu on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Padam Bahadur Khaptari Magar, a permanent resident of Janaki Nagar VDC-2 of Sarlahi district, currently residing in Thankot, Chandragiri Municipality-7.

In another incident, 41-year-old Arjun Praja was found dead on the roof of a house he was living in, in Jorpati of Kathmandu on Friday.

Praja, a permanent resident of Sukaura-7 in Makawanpur district, was found dead on the roof of the house owned by Masinomaiya Shrestha in Jorpati, Gokarneshwor-13.

Investigations into both cases are underway.
