NAGARKOT: A woman was found dead on Friday morning in Bhaktapur district.

The deceased has been identified as Putali Tamang (30), a permanent resident of Sindhupalchok district, currently residing in Kharipati of Changunarayan-6, according to the Bhaktapur Metropolitan Police Range.

Tamang was found dead near the hut where she was residing.

Krishna Prasain, Deputy Superintendent of Police, said that the reason behind the death was yet to be ascertained and further investigation into the case is underway.
