LAMJUNG: Rastriya Prajatantra Party leader and Minister for Land Reform and Management Bikram Pandey said the Constitution amendment bill that his government registered at the House would not be endorsed.

Speaking with journalists in Lamjung today, the Minister said the bill could not be endorsed as many leaders of major three parties raised their voices against it.

Meanwhile, the Minister said his party was not informed and consulted while the largest two coalition partners - Nepali Congress and CPN Maoist Centre - prepared the bill.

But, now as some NC and Maoist leaders also voiced concerns against the bill, it was very shameful, he commented.
