NAWALPARASI: A person who had been missing was found dead after four days in Bhujahawa VDC in Nawalparasi district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Harendra Harijan (36) of Bhatawaliya, Bhujahawa-5 in Nawalparasi district. Harijan had been missing since July 21.

The body of Harijan was found in the Gandak Pond of Bhatawaliya under mysterious circumstances, said police. Harijan's body has been sent to Prithvi Chandra Hospital at Parasi for an autopsy.

The family members of Harijan meanwhile smelled rat in the incident.

Police have launched necessary investigation to find the facts related to the death.
