Nepali envoy discusses Nepal crisis with Carter

KATHMANDU: Nepali Ambassador to the United States Arjun Kumar Karki held a meeting with former US President Jimmy Carter and requested him to help mobilise international support to Nepal to cope crisis caused by the earthquake last year and the border blockade after promulgation of the Constitution.

According to the Nepali mission, they held a meeting on Thursday at The Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

"They also discussed challenges in implementation of the new Constitution," the Embassy posted on its website.
