TANAHUN: District Traffic Police Office, Tanahun has collected over Rs 9.8 million in fines during 8 months of the current fiscal.

15,449 vehicles were penalised during the eight months, Tanahun In-charge of Traffic Police, Krishna Bahadur Chettri said.

There has been an increase in the fine revenue when compared to amount collected during 8 months in the last fiscal. The increase is a result of traffic police's activeness, dedication and honesty, the office said.
