DAMAULI: An unidentified group has killed a teenage boy and injured another one using a sharp weapon in Damauli of Tanahun district on Saturday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Dinesh Thapa (16) of Byas-2.

According to District Police Office, Tanahun, Thapa died while receiving treatment at a Damauli-based hospital.

Severely injured Regan Thapa of Byas-10 is receiving treatment at Pokhara-based Manipal Teaching Hospital.

Police have detained more than 30 people in connection to the murder.
