DHANGADHI: Ratan Lal Airi, a policeman, deployed at the Area Police Office, Bhajani of Kailali district, was killed in a road accident in Kohalpur in Banke district last night, police said. The accident took place when an unidentified vehicle hit his motorbike (Bhe 4 Pa 9394) at the place. Airi was on the way to Nepalgunj from Dhangadhi when the accident took place, it is learnt. Critically injured Airi died on the way to a hospital, police added. He was a permanent resident of Badu VDC of Bajura district. He had joined the police service 11 years back.
