BHOJPUR: A motorcycle rider died after being hit by a bus in Khanar Chok, Itahari-14 of Sunsari on Monday morning. The deceased has been identified as Tika Ram Tamang (46) of Shyamsila, Bhojpur. He was travelling to Itahari from Biratnagar when the bus (Ko 1 Kha 1774) hit his bike (Ko 12 Pa 1407) in Sunsari. Tamang had sustained serious injuries following the accident. He was taken to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, where he was declared dead.
