91 fuel tankers enter Nepal

Jhapa/ Bhiarahawa, October 16 As many as 91 petroleum tankers entered Nepal through various border points till Friday evening. As many as nine tankers entered from eastern border of Kakarbhitta on Friday afternoon. Of them, four were petrol tankers, two diesel, and one each kerosene, aviation fuel and LPG Gas bullet. DSP Shyam Adhikari of Area Police Office, Kakarbhitta said that as many as 125 heavy trucks entered Nepal. According to Mechi Petrol Dealers Association Chairman Laya Bhadari, as many as 17 petrol tankers entered Nepal on Friday night. Similarly, as many as six diesel tankers, among other trucks and containers, entered through the Jogbani border. Likewise, as many as 18 fuel tankers entered via Belhiya of Bhiarahawa. Bhirahawa Customs Office Chief Lawanya Kumar Dhakal said two petrol and 10 diesel takers and six LPG bullets entered Nepal today. As many as 21 fuel tankers entered through Gauriphanta border of Kailali today. According to Dhangadhi Custom Office, as many as 19 diesel and two petrol tankers entered Nepal. Likewise, as many as 193 heavy trucks, including fuel tankers, entered Nepal via Rupaidiya border of Nepalgunj. Of them, 26 were carrying diesel, one petrol, five LPG and five aviation fuel.
