KATHMANDU: Police on Tuesday arrested 12 persons including Gaurav Adhikari (22) of Mangaltar-1, Kavre and currently residing at Kuleshwor of Kathmandu on charge of operating Dhukuti (an illegal scheme of gambling). Acting on a tip-off, a police team carried out a raid at the Sun Light Café owned by Subash Khadka at Ravibhawan, KMC-14 and nabbed them. Police said they have recovered Rs 168,790 in cash and various documents. Police said they are looking into the case.
