KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has appointed journalist Gopal Khanal as his advisor on foreign affairs. The decision regarding his appointment was made on Friday. The Office of the Prime Minister handed over the appointment letter to Khanal today. He is entitled to special class facilities while at the office.
