Garments stolen from Jorpati shop

KATHMANDU: An unidentified gang of thieves barged into a garment store in Jarpati on the north-eastern outskirts of Kathmandu to make off with property worth Rs 310,000. Police said the gang on Wednesday barged into the Remat Fancy Shop in Jorpati, Gokarneshwor-12 and took away Rs 10,000 cash and garments. Meanwhile, gold jewelleries worth Rs 300,000 were stolen from an unattended house of Shree Prasad Prajapati in Chyamasingh, Bhaktapur Municipality-1 on Tuesday. While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into both cases.
