KATHMANDU: A man was found dead into a drainage ditch near Balkhu Vegetable Market in KMC-14 on Thursday. Police identified the deceased as Dinesh Barma (35), a permanent resident of Ratamate, Sindhuli district, currently residing in Balkhu. Police said they are looking into the case.
