KATHMANDU: A 30-year-old man was arrested on charge of raping his 10-year-old neighbour, from Buddhanagar of Kathmandu, on Saturday. Nakhuni Patel, a permanent resident of Ghatedaha Pipra-9 of Parsa district, was arrested on charge of raping the minor. Police are looking into the case.
