KATHMANDU: Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist cadres torched a taxi at Tinkune of the Capital on Thursday. Police said that the four-wheeler (Ba 1 Jha 8206) was completely destroyed in the arson. Chand-led CPN-Maoist had called a nationwide bandh today demanding release of its arrested cadres. Similarly, bandh enforcers vandalised a microbus (Ba 1 Jha 8130) at Manamaiju in Tarkeshwor Municipality-20 this morning, police said. Likewise, the bandh enforcers also vandalised a Sajha Yatayat bus (Ba 3 Kha 2227) in Tripureshwor of the Capital, police informed.
