KATHMANDU: A youth has been arrested on charge of showing his private part and an 'obscene' video to a girl child, from Chandragiri Municipality-2 of Kathmandu, on Sunday. Police arrested the 30-year-old Suresh Baniya, a permanent resident of Hetaunda Municipality-2 of Makawanpur district, currently residing at Dahachok in Chandragiri-2. Baniya was arrested after kin of the seven-year-old victim filed a complaint that Baniya on Friday took the girl to a secluded place and committed the offence. The victim's family had reported the case to the Balambu-based Metropolitan Police Sector today. Further investigation is underway.
