KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari today enacted three bills passed by the Legislature-Parliament on various dates. According to a statement released by the President’s Office, three bills certified are Public Procurement Act 2006 (First Amendment) Bill, 2016; National Open University Bill, 2016; and Appropriation Bill, 2016. The enactment was made as per Article 113.2 of the Constitution, according to the statement.
