KATHMANDU: Two persons died after a Tata Sumo jeep hit a bike they were riding on at Ramgram in Nawalparasi district on Thursday. The deceased have been identified as bike rider Bijay Thapa (27) of Sunwal-4, Nawalparasi and pillion rider Gun Bahadur Thapa, a staffer of the Nawalparasi District Jail. The jeep (Ba 6 Cha 4815) hit the bike (Lu 26 Pa 6921) at around 7 pm yesterday, police said. Police have impounded the four-wheeler and arrested its driver for investigation.
