The Pahalman Singh Swanr Memorial Foundation has decided to confer the ‘Pahalman Singh Swar Long-term Literary Person Award - 2005’ on senior fiction writer Ramesh Bikal for his six-decade-long contribution to the field of Nepali fiction.
