SARLAHI: Nepal APF Club advanced to the semi-finals of the Rajarshri Janak Cup Football Tournament here in Karmaiya on Saturday. APF defeated Jawalakhel Youth Club 2-0 to make it to the last four. Nabin Lama and Rajendra Rawal scored a goal each for APF. Lama put APF ahead in the 14th minute and Rawal doubled the advantage in the 64th minute. Lama was named the man-of-the-match and received Rs 5,000. APF will now face Tribhuvan Army Club. In Sunday’s first semis, Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club will take on Himalayan Sherpa Club.
