KATHMANDU: A person died and another sustained injury after the motorcycle they were riding on skidded off the road in Madane Rural Municipality-1 of Gulmi district on Wednesday midnight. The deceased has been identified as local Indra Bahadur Sen (45). The incident occurred when the motorcycle (Lu 9 Pa 8472) plying the road in the Rural Municipality went out of control and fell 15 metres below, killing the pillion rider on the spot and critically injuring the motorcyclist, said police. Meanwhile, the injured is undergoing treatment at a local health facility, informed police.
