CHITWAN: Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa has said that the appropriate policy, programme and capable leadership could establish socialism in the country. Addressing the cadres' gathering organised by Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Chitwan, here on Monday, leader Thapa shared, 'We are in the phase of establishing socialism.' He further said, 'We have gathered here to give answers regarding the appropriate leadership,' adding appropriate policy and leadership is necessary in every change. NCP leader Thapa said referring to the latest political development in the country.
