Rights activists on Monday handed over a memorandum to deputy prime minister KP Oli, urging authorities concerned to make the Rayamajhi Commission report public and bring the guilty to book. In a statement, the United Forum for Human Rights and Peace urged Oli to announce procedures of action against the guilty. It urged authorities to bring perpetrators of the Nepalgunj riots to book.
