KATHMANDU: The second regional review and plan formulation seminar on projects launched with the objective of enhancing productivity of crops in south Asian eastern subcontinent through participation oriented research in Nepal, India and Bangladesh in sustainable manner, got underway here on Tuesday. Seventeen working papers were presented.
