KATHMANDU: Madhukar SJB Rana, finance minister, has said the role of business sector can be of paramount importance in the management of conflict and restoration of peace in the country. SHANGHAI: Shanghai General Motors on Saturday completed construction of a new factory that will more than double the annual capacity of its flagship joint venture to 320,000 vehicles.
