Scarcity of foodgrain felt

KALIKOT: Scarcity of foodgrain has occurred in Kalikot district due to transportations blockades for last two months. Thirty quintals of rice, which had been delivered to the district headquarters few weeks ago, was distributed to people at a rate of three kg per family. The foodgrain allocated to Kalikot is said to have been stranded in Surkhet. — RSS
