State-of-the-art 3S facility aims to boost EV presence in Gandaki Province
POKHARA, AUGUST 17
Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD vehicles in Nepal, has expanded its footprint to the western region with the launch of a new BYD showroom in Pokhara. The inauguration on August 15 also marked the unveiling of BYD's latest electric SUV, the BYD SEALION 7, in Gandaki Province.
The showroom, located at Buddha Chowk, was inaugurated by Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor Dhana Raj Acharya, alongside industry stakeholders, media, and EV enthusiasts.
Spread over 12,845 sq. ft., the facility has been designed in line with BYD's latest Corporate Identity/Visual Identity standards. It offers a full-fledged 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) setup, ensuring customers access to a complete one-stop solution. A state-of-the-art service center is under construction right behind the showroom to further strengthen after-sales support.

Cimex confirmed that all BYD service employees in Pokhara have undergone rigorous training and received official certification from BYD headquarters, ensuring what the company calls "Superior & Sincere Service."
With this expansion, Cimex aims to bring world-class EV innovations closer to customers in Gandaki Province, strengthening BYD's growing leadership in Nepal's electric mobility sector.
