KATHMANDU: Citizens Capital Ltd has closed the issue of its mutual fund scheme 'Citizens Super 30 Mutual Fund' to the general public.
The issue opened on April 19 and was supposed to close on April 23. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended till Wednesday.
Out of 100 million unit shares; 15 per cent or 15 million units worth Rs 150 million have been allocated to the fund promoter Citizens Bank International Ltd whereas the remaining 85 million units were for the general public.
Altogether 905 applications were received for the total issued units, as per a press statement.
